There are a few things you just shouldn’t say via text message: “let’s break up,” “this is an emergency,” or “happy birthday mom,” for instance. That being said, text messaging can be the perfect way to market to your existing customers.
While it might not be the most exciting text your customer is waiting for, there’s no reason not to take advantage of a quick, cheap and immediate way to get in front of your customers and increase ROI.
